什么叫小王身呢?这世界上有多少个国家,每个国家的国王都叫小王,统管各小王的叫转轮圣王,这个时代已经没有转轮圣王出世了,没有这个福德了。有的人,他不愿意听任何人的话, 就喜欢听王者的话,观世音菩萨就以王者的身来说法。王者跟大家说什么法呢?说“世上没有无缘无故的爱,也没有无缘无故的恨”,还说“血债要用血来还”。善有善报,恶有恶报,吃众生肉的一定会用血肉来还,因果丝毫不爽,这就是观世音菩萨现小王身讲的因果法。

If there are sentient beings who need someone in the body of a small King in order to be saved, Guan Yin Bodhisattva will manifest in the body of a small King to preach the Dharma for them.
What is a small King? There are many countries in the world. The king of each country is called a small king. The king who rules all of these kings is called Cakravarti-raja. There is no Cakravarti-raja born in this world, as the beings do not have sufficient blessings. If someone does not want to listen to anyone but the king, then Guan Yin Bodhisattva will manifest in the body of the king to preach Dharma for him. What will the king say to everyone? He may tell the being that ‘there is no love or hatred without a cause’ or ‘blood debts need to be repaid in kind’. Fortune is the good man's prize, but the bad man's bane. Whoever eats the flesh of other beings will definitely need to repay his debt with his own blood and flesh. The cause and effect never goes astray. Guan Yin Bodhisattva manifests Himself as a small king to preach the law of cause and effect.
