生老病死的苦，你终会过去

The Afflictions Associated with Birth, Aging, Illness, and Death—You will Eventually Overcome Them

One should be prostrating on a daily basis upon practicing Buddhism, praying for the protection of the Triple Gem and striving to maintain self-discipline without causing harm to the Triple Gem.

With a baseline, there is hope. It is not possible for the Mara to watch over you on a daily basis; there will always be a chance to break free. As the saying goes, "A gust of wind does not last the entire morning, nor a sudden downpour the entire day." 

Although a storm may be fierce, it won't last long. The same holds true for karmic obstacles—if you hold firm to your baseline, it will eventually pass.

Everyone faces aging, illness, and even death, but for those who practice, these are merely experiences within life. 

"Sparse bamboo does not hinder the flow of water, nor do high mountains obstruct the flight of white clouds." With this level of spiritual attainment, the afflictions associated with birth, aging, illness, and death will be greatly diminished, to the extent that one may even find Dharma joy and meditative bliss within them. This is known as "playing the game of life.

生老病死の苦しみ、いずれ乗り越えられるものです

仏法を学び始めると

毎日の礼拝は欠かさず行い、

三宝のご加護を祈祷しましょう。

自己を制御し

三宝を傷づけてなりません。

守るべき限界線が有れば

必ず救われましょう！

悪魔も毎日監視しているわけではありません。

逃れるチャンスがきっと訪れます。

曰く「飄風（ひょうふう）は朝を終えず

驟雨（しゅうう）は日を終えず」

暴風は猛威振る舞っても、長続きしないものです。

業障も同じく、その限界線をしっかり守れば、

それは必ず去っていくものです。

あらゆる人が、いずれは老弱、病苦乃至死亡に直面しなければなりません

修行の有る方にとっては、

それらはあくまで生命の体感だけであります。

竹密にして流水の過ぐる（すぐる）を妨げず、山高くして豈に白雲の飛ぶを碍（さまた）げんや

このような生命の境地を持てれば

生老病死の苦しみもかなり軽減されるでしょう。

この上更にその中より法喜禅楽を見つければ、

これこそ、「遊戯人生」といえるでしょう。
