念佛时的观想

在寺院的法堂里，

大家一起念佛时，

通常会分为东单和西单，

两边轮番念诵。

我们自己念佛时，

观想自己在西方极乐世界，

坐在莲花里。

莲花徐徐打开，花瓣舒展，

安住于念佛的状态之中；

当我们听别人念的时候，

观想莲花满满地合拢。

这样念着念着，就逐渐会观了，

我们的心就越来越清净了。

Contemplation During Buddha Recitation

In the Dharma Hall of the temple,

when we recite the Buddha’s name together,

we typically divide into the eastern and western groups,

alternating our chants.

When we recite the Buddha's name by ourselves,

Visualise yourself in the Western Pure Land,

seated upon a lotus flower.

The lotus gently unfurls, its petals extending,

and we settle into the state of chanting the Buddha's name;

When we listen to others recite,

Visualise the lotus gradually closing its petals completely.

Through this continuous practice of recitation,

we become adept and begin to deepen our visualisation,

and our minds become increasingly pure.

다 같이 염불할 때

보통 동단과 서단으로 나뉘는데,

양쪽에서 번갈아 염송한다.

Visualización durante la Recitación del Nombre de Buda

En el salón de ceremonias del templo,

Cuando todos recitan juntos el nombre de Buda,

Generalmente nos dividimos en grupos del este y del oeste,

Recitando en turnos alternados.

Cuando recitamos el nombre de Buda por nuestra cuenta,

Visualizamos que estamos en el Mundo de la Tierra Pura del Oeste,

Sentados en una flor de loto. 

La flor de loto se abre lentamente, sus pétalos se despliegan,

Estableciéndonos en el estado de recitación del nombre de Buda.

Cuando escuchamos a otros recitar,

Visualizamos la flor de loto cerrándose completamente.
