生命是一场“自作自受”的历程

生命是由物质和精神两方面组成的，肉体是有生有灭的，精神是不生不灭的。一个人死亡的时候，任何物质的东西都带不走，但精神世界的业，将会跟着你去到下一个生命驿站，决定你下一次生命的质量，你还能做坏人吗？因是你作，果是你受，所谓“自作自受”就是这个道理。

Our life consists of both material and spiritual aspects. While our body is subject to birth and death, our spirit is not. When a person dies, nothing material can be taken with them to the next stage of life, only their non-material karma, which will determine their future. You harvest what you sow - how can one be a bad person in this present life?
