不要让外在的东西迷失了我们的心

　　我们身在末法年代，我们到处被打劫。我们一方面看这个世界建设的很美很美了。另一方面你的人被打劫了，眼耳鼻舌身意，对着色声香味触法。外在的东西，它如果是庄严你的心的，那它是有功德的。如果外在的东西让我们的心变迷失了，那就是灾难。所以还要懂得自救，除了陶醉之外还要回光返照。

　　We live in the age of the decline of the dharmaand we are “hijacked” wherever we go. On one hand this man-made world is beautiful,on the other hand we are hijacked by eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind asthey respond to form, sound, smell, taste, touch and objects. If externalthings can dignify your mind they generate meritorious virtues; if not, theybecome disaster. So we should know how to save ourselves and introspect apartfrom enjoying pleasures in the material world.
