■修行不能急的，平常心是道。你又不能外求，外求叫头上安头。我们虽然口里念着佛，心里想着佛，但真正的佛，我们要靠心才能够感通的。只有自己的心平静下来，佛才会现出来，所以就叫“众生心垢净，菩提影现中。”
We must not be desperate for achievement when practising the Dharma. The ordinary mind is the path. We should not chase outwards or try to grasp things. Although we read the name of the Buddha out loud or think of him silently, the real Buddha can only be sensed through our hearts. He will only appear when our mind calms down. “Bodhi will appear in one’s heart as soon as all the dirt is purified”.
