《普贤行愿品》就是为我们写的——中英双语

　　我们大家念《普贤行愿品》，我们在念的时候有没有想到，这个经就是为我们写的，这个经就是要我们以后这样去做的。过去有没有人这样做？普贤菩萨是不是这样做的？一切佛是不是这样做的？都是这样的。我们现在想想看，我们能做到吗？我们可以做到吗？有的人想想，这个我大概做不到。为什么做不到呢？我们想想为什么做不到，是不是有自私啊？一个人有自私，自私自利，然后还护自己的短，就做不到。但是你看，所有佛菩萨这样做都成佛菩萨了，过去一切众生这么做，现在都成佛了，我们自私自利现在还在六道里轮回呢，所以这个是不是救我们的？这是来救我们的。我们按照这个做，我们就能成佛。

　　 As we read The Practice and Vows of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, do we think that this sutra was written specially for us and this is what we should practice later on? Have there been any persons who have already practiced it and has Bodhisattva Samantabhadra practiced it himself? And have all the Bodhisattvas practiced it? Try to think now, can we make it? Somebody may think that it is hard to make it. But why can’t we make it? Is it because we are selfish? Because a selfish person will protect the shortcomings of himself. You see, all beings who practiced it in the past have become Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. We who are selfish are still transmigrating in the six paths. Therefore was the sutra written to save us? Yes, it was. Do every thing according the sutra, we shall also become Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
