正好来考验你内在的定力强不强！

逆增上缘

外面遇到的问题，哪怕乃至是挫折， 正好考验你的内在的定力强不强，你的愿力大不大。所以佛教里面说有增上缘， 还有逆增上缘。为什么叫增上缘，外面的缘能增上你，能给你增上。那外面的挫折困难能帮助你，叫逆增上缘。这都是对你内在的来说的。想想现在我们善根还能发现出来，在身经百战当中，我们的善根还没有被消灭掉， 那真是可喜可贺的事情。 

Whatever we encounter in this world, setbacks are there to test whether we have a stable mind and  firm belief.In Buddhism, there are favourable conditions and favourable-adverse conditions. The former conditions offer direct help while the latter allow you to experience frustration and hardship, helping you become stronger. If one can protect their good roots despite encountering numerous adverse circumstances, this is indeed marvellous.
