若心不对立，一切都是美好的

As long as our mind doesn’t stand in opposition, everything is beautiful.

小草有小草的美，

Small grasses have beauty of their own;

大树有大树的美。

big trees have beauty of their own;

鲜花有鲜花的美，

flowers have beauty of their own;

荆棘有荆棘的美。

brambles are also beautiful as brambles;

老人有老人的美，

the elderly are beautiful as they are;

小孩有小孩的美。

the children are beautiful as children;

哪怕是石头，

even for the rocks,

这块石头有这块石头的美，

this piece of rock has its own beauty;

那块石头有那块石头的美，

so as the other piece.

哪块石头不美呢？

Which piece of rock isn’t beautiful?

都是天地间的精华。

They are all essences of the universe.

所有的事物，

For every single thing,

我们都要静静地看着它，欣赏它。

we should look at it silently and admire it.

只要心不和它对立，

As long as our mind doesn’t stand in the opposition,

怀着欣赏和赞美的心态，

maintaining the attitude of appreciation and admiration,

所有的一切都是很美的。

everything is beautiful.
