 Offer happiness to other people

你给人欢喜，宽宏大度，什么事你都能回光返照，忏悔自己的业障，那人的关系就会改善。你以前老是看别人的缺点，那关系就越来越僵。如果什么事多看自己的缺点，然后看别人的优点，尊重别人，那关系就改善了，恶缘就消除了，善缘就增加了。

If you can offer happiness to other people, be magnanimous and self- reflective at all times, your interpersonal relationships will gradually improve. On the contrary, your relationships will deteriorate if you keep pointing out other people’s faults. By scrutinizing our minds for faults whilst seeing only merits in others, we will be able to get along well with other people, eliminating bad connections and developing good ones.
