原谅别人就是解放自己｜Forgiving Others is Liberation for Own Self

无论遇到怎样的逆境，

我们都要试着去理解体谅别人，

别人再无理也要理解，

因为轮回的众生就是这个相貌，

我们曾经也如此。

哪怕是谴责别人时，

也同时要回光返照，

忏悔我们自己过去无量劫来，

与他一样的种种恶业。

所以，

原谅别人就是解放自己。

不仅要原谅别人，

也原谅这世界所有的一切。

Forgiving Others is Liberation for Own Self 

No matter whatever adversities we face, 

we should make an effort to understand and empathize with others. 

Even when others behave unreasonably, we should still seek to understand them, 

as beings in the cycle of Samsara often exhibit such traits; 

we have been like that in the past as well.

Even when condemning others, 

one should also reflect on oneself, 

expressing penitence 

for the same wrongdoings we have committed over countless eons.

Hence, 

forgiving others is liberation for own self. 

Not only should we forgive others, 

but also forgive everything in this world. 

Perdonar a los demás es liberarse a uno mismo.

No importa qué adversidades enfrentemos,

Debemos tratar de comprender y tener empatía por los demás.

Por más irracional que sea el otro, hay que comprenderlo,

porque los seres en el ciclo de renacimientos son así,

Nosotros también hemos sido así en el pasado.

Incluso cuando culpamos a otros,

también debemos reflexionar sobre nosotros mismos al mismo tiempo,

Arrepentirnos de todas las malas acciones que hemos cometido a través de innumerables eones, al igual que ellos.

Por lo tanto,

Perdonar a otros es liberarse a uno mismo.

No solo debemos perdonar a los demás,

sino también perdonar todo en este mundo.

용서는 자신을 해방시키는 것이다

어떠한 역경을 만났다고 해도

남을 이해하고 용서하려고 노력하자

남이 더없이 무례하여도 이해하려고 노력해야 함은

윤회하는 중생은 바로 이런 모습이기 때문이고

우리 역시도 이런 모습이었기 때문이다

남을 비난할 상황이 되더라도

동시에 자신을 뒤돌아보고

무량겁속에서 자신이 혹여 지었을

똑같은 죄업을 참회해야 한다

그리하여

남을 용서하는 것은 자신을 해방시키는 길이다

다른 사람뿐만 아니라

이 세상의 모두를 용서하자
