修行得到加持的窍门
不管看到谁，
都观想为文殊菩萨的化身，
对他恭敬。
普皆恭敬，
你的心就像黄金一样，
就会得到万事万物的启发，
祖师说“百草头上祖师意”。
如果我们心意散乱，
哪怕十方诸佛真的现前，
也得不到利益。
如果我们的心如理如法，
哪怕看到一颗小草，
也会像看到佛一样得到启发，
得到加持。

The Secret of Receiving Blessings during Practice
No matter whom you encounter,
visualize him as the embodiment of Manjushri Bodhisattva,
treat him with reverence.
When reverence is shown to all,
your heart is akin to gold,
and shall be inspired by all things,
as the ancestors said, "The ancestor's intent is atop every blade of grass."
If our minds are scattered,
even as Buddhas from all directions manifest before us,
we gain no benefit.
If our hearts abide by the teachings,
the inspiration from the sight of a blade of grass
is akin to encountering the Buddha,
receiving blessings.

수행으로 가피를 얻을 수 있는 비결
누구를 보든지
문수보살의 화신으로 관상(观想)하고
공경해야 하리.
모두를 공경하면
마음이 마치 황금 같아져서
모든 만물에 대하여 깨달음을 얻을 수 있으니
조사께서 말씀하시기를 “온갖 풀 위에
도의 묘법이 들어 있구나”.
우리의 마음이 흐려지면
시방 법계 모든 부처님이 현신한다 해도
아무런 이득도 취할 수 없으리.
마음이 이치에 맞고 법도에 따른다면
작은 풀 한 포기를 보더라도
부처님을 보는 듯하여
깨달음과 가피를 함께 얻으리.

修行して加持を得るコツ
誰に遇っても
其の方は文殊菩薩の化身（けしん）だと見なし
其の方を恭敬（くぎょう）し
全てに対して恭敬するべきです。
そして貴方の心は黄金のように
万事万物より啓発得られ、
祖師曰く「百草頭上祖師意」
（ひゃくそう ずじょう そしい）
もし我らの心が乱れていれば
例え十方諸仏が目の前に現れても
利益得ること無いでしょう。
もし我らの心が理に関って如法でいれば
小さな草一本が目にみえても
仏さまが目に見えたも同然に
啓発得られ、加持得られることでしょう。

El secreto de recibir bendiciones durante la práctica
No importa a quién encuentres,
visualízalo como la encarnación del Bodhisattva Manjushri,
y trátalo con reverencia.
Cuando se muestra reverencia a todos,
tu corazón es como el oro,
y serás inspirado por todas las cosas,
como dijeron los ancestros: "La intención del ancestro está sobre cada brizna de hierba."
Si nuestras mentes están dispersas,
incluso si los Budas de todas las direcciones se manifiestan ante nosotros,
no obtenemos ningún beneficio.
Si nuestros corazones siguen las enseñanzas,
la inspiración al ver una brizna de hierba
es como encontrar al Buda,
