No One can Replace the Present You
During our ancestors' time,
as they treated their descendants well,
there was always this hope:
that their descendants would remember them in the future.
Should you arrive on the ground of the Triple Gem
and reminisce about your ancestors,
a beam of Buddha's light will shine upon them,
turning flames into lotus instantly.
How happy they would be!
This is the "ancestral lineage" we talk about.
Should you become the ancestral lineage of the family,
the present you,
is irreplaceable.
