修行是自己的事，
任何人都不能替代。
轮回这场戏的导演就是“我”，
把“我”破掉，戏就散了。
我们的佛性无内无外、
不增不减、不垢不净，
一直就在那里，
但被“我”的这个壳子给罩住了。
我们认为我就是“人”，
是六道轮回的一份子，
其实这个“人”只是佛性的监狱。
这个监狱是自己建的，
别人拆不掉，
必须靠自己去拆除这个我执的监狱，
才能获得自由和解脱。

Spiritual practice is a personal endeavor; no one else can do it for you.
I am the director of the drama of Samsara. If I defeat the 'self', this drama will end.
Our Buddha-nature is neither inside nor outside, neither increasing nor decreasing, neither tainted nor pure—it has always been there. However, it is enshrouded by the shell of the 'self'.
We believe this self is a 'person', a part of the six realms of samsara, but this 'person' is merely the prison of Buddha-nature.
This prison is self-constructed; no one else can dismantle it. Only by dismantling the prison of self-attachment by oneself can one attain freedom and liberation.
