当我们不再从外界找问题的时候
如果我们此生一切的努力，
都是在制造下一个轮回，
而且极大可能是
一个更痛苦的轮回，
那这一生的意义又在哪里呢？
轮回与解脱，
累劫以来就静静地待在那里，
没有人强迫我们如何选择，
是我们自己选择了轮回，
我们自己才是
自己陷于轮回的始作俑者。
当我们不再
从外界找问题根源的时候，
生命就开始进入
积极的建设状态了。
什么是积极建设？
“苦海无边，回头是岸”，
拆除轮回的大厦，
枯竭轮回的苦海，
这才是生命的意义所在。
只有当轮回的帷幕落下了，
觉醒了，
那一切痛苦才顿然变得充满色彩，
变得丰富又有意义。

When We No Longer Seek the Root of Problems Externally
If all our efforts in this lifetime
are merely contributing to another cycle in Samsara,
with a high likelihood of it being even more painful,
where does the meaning of this life lie?
For eons, Samsara and liberation have quietly awaited,
no one forces our choices upon us,
it is we ourselves who choose Samsara,
we ourselves are the architects of our own Samsara.
When we no longer seek the root of problems externally,
life begins to enter a phase of constructive positivity.
What is constructive positivity?
"The sea of suffering is boundless; turn around, and the shore is there,"
dismantling the structure of Samsara, and drying up the sea of Samsara's suffering,
this is where the true meaning of life lies.
Only when the curtain of Samsara falls away, awakening,
will all sufferings spontaneously turn vivid,
becoming profound and meaningful.

外部より問題を探し当てなくなった時
我々今生（こんじょう）全ての努力が
唯次の輪廻を作っているに過ぎないと、
その上、それが最も苦しい輪廻になる可能性大というならば、
今生の意味は、いったい何処にあるのでしょうか？
輪廻と解脱は、累世以来、静かにそこで待っているだけで、
誰一人、我々の選択を強いる者はいません。
輪廻を選択したのは我々自身で
我々自身こそが、自らを輪廻に陥れた張本人です。
外部より問題の根源を探し当てることなくなった時、
命は始めて、積極的に立て直す状態に移るのです。
積極的な立て直しとは何か
「苦海無辺にして、振り返れば岸なりと」いうように
輪廻の楼閣を取り壊せ、輪廻の苦海を枯渇させることに、
生命の意味があるのです。
輪廻の幕が降ろされ、悟った時こそ
全ての苦しみが直ちに彩り豊かになり
そして多いに意味をもつのです。
