When viewing the word with the perspective of the ultimate truth, the ultimate truth is everywhere, and all lives will reflect the light of the ultimate truth.
知道吗？我们在轮回路上际遇的一切苦和乐，都是分别和无常的状态，其本质都是苦。
只有把这种生灭的分别识归向到智慧的状态，我们的生命才会获得真正的大安乐。
Only when we return the duality of born and death to the state of wisdom, will our life achieve the authentic great peace and joy.
每当业障现前，“我”一反应时，有三宝的力量在，你的觉照就能马上跟上。
在这个过程中其实包含了双重的力量：一是我们轮回的迷惑的力量，一是从求离苦得乐的力量里生出的对三宝的依止。我们在平时的闻思修中就要从这双重力量的对照中建立起对三宝真实的投诚皈依。
Whenever the karmic obstruction occurs, as soon as the “ego” responses, your awareness will follow right away under the power of the Three Jewels.
During our daily learning, contemplation and practice, we should establish the genuine devotion and take refuge in the Three Jewels through judging the contrast between the two different powers.
Only when we return the duality of born and death
to the state of wisdom, will our life achieve the authentic
great peace and joy.
关于这一点，可以打个比方：当你来到三宝地后，如果有人拿香板打你，你会如何理解这一举动？
一般当香板打下时，不管是不是修行人，第一反应总是：我犯什么错了，为什么要打我？然后，除了肉体觉得疼，脸上也会挂不住，我们所谓的这就是香板的奥妙所在：
修行人在面对香板的时候，香板就不叫香板了，它是佛法；打香板的人也不是普通的人了，他是佛法的现前者；你挨打的那一刻也不是一般的时刻了，那是三宝的恩德现前的一刻。自尊会觉得受到了侵犯。
When you visit the place of the Three Jewels, if someone hits you with an awakening board, how would you comprehend such action? This is what the secret of awakening board is:
When practitioners face the awakening board,it is no longer called the awakening board, it is the Dharma. The person who uses the awakening board is also no longer an ordinary person, instead he becomes the manifestation of Dharma.The moment when you are hit is neither a normal moment, it is the moment when the blessings of the Three Jewel appear.
接下来，没有修行的话你可能就会诧异、争辩、愤怒甚至挺身反抗、暴跳如雷，最后卷铺盖走人。但有修行的人，这个时候内心就会有更多的空间来理解这当头打下的一板。
如果常常看到的都是不如意，那你在自己生命中撒下的这些所有的钉子，最终都会戳到你自己。怖畏从哪里来？怖畏就是从恨这个恨那个、看这个不顺眼看那个不顺眼里来的。
当我们迷失自心的时候，就会被现象所转，这个时候往往看什么都不顺眼，因为自己失去了立场。当我们回归自性、生命越来越真实的时候，就会发现世间是很美好的，众生也是很可爱的。
But for those who practice Dharma, their mind will have a larger space to further understand the hit right upon the head.
When we return to our own nature and our life becomes increasingly genuine, we will find that this world is very beautiful, the sentient beings are also adorable.
