的最低底线

我们修行的最低底线就是惭愧心，为什么是底线呢？因为惭愧心也是修行的标志，但是能够生起惭愧心的这种功德也不是无因无缘的，也不是简单的。在《地藏十轮经》里就说，一个具有惭愧心的人，也是具有最低的一种修行的德相，但如果惭愧心都没有的话，那就是连修行的标志都没有了。

The very basic bottom line in cultivation is feeling a great sense of shame and remorse. And why? Because the sense of shame and remorse also represents the sign of cultivation. However, the merit and virtue of giving rise to the sense of shame and remorse is not without causes and conditions, nor easy. It is said in The Sutra of the Ten Wheels of Earth Store Bodhisattva, a person with a sense of shame and remorse has the least kind of virtuous character in cultivation as well. But without a sense of shame and remorse, one could not have the sign of cultivation any more. 

우리의 최저선은 바로 참괴심 이다. 왜 그것이 최저선인가요? 

참괴심도 수행의 상징이기 때문이다. 하지만 참괴심 이런 공덕을 쌓는 것은 아무 인연도 없는 것이 아니고 ,  쉬운 것도 아니다. 지장십륜경(地藏十轮經)에서는 참괴심을 가진 사람이 가장 낮은 수행의 덕상(德相)을 갖추다고 한다. 하지만 참괴심도 없으면 수행의 상징조차 없는 것이다.

 私たちの最低のベースラインは恥じているのです、なぜベースラインのでしょうか？羞恥心も修行のしるしですから、羞恥心を生む功徳は無縁でもない、簡単でもない、《地蔵十輪経》では、恥ずかしい心を持つ人は最低の修行の徳相ですが、恥ずかしくないなら修行の標識もないと言っています。
