When you stand amidst the torrent of the times, aspiring to become a pillar of mainstream society, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will quietly equip you with the best resources. However, before this, you will have to face challenges beyond those of ordinary people.
往往来到三宝地里奉献的人，
在社会上普遍都是“劳心者”，
以往几乎没有体力劳动的体验。
人的本能是好逸恶劳，但我们能够克服习气，就已经奠定一个好的修行基础。
而且，在三宝地中种种劳其筋骨，又再次为未来种下了殊胜的因，果报就是你生生世世为人所承侍，这又成为生命中的良性循环。
Those who come to serve at the places of the Triple Gem are often "mental workers" in society, with almost little to no experience in physical labor before. It is human nature to prefer ease over toil, but overcoming this bad habit lays a solid foundation for spiritual practice. Furthermore, enduring various physical labors in the places of the Triple Gem shall once again sow excellent causal seeds for the future, its effects are that you will be served by others in each and every lifetime. This then becomes a positive cycle in one's life.

经典中说“三宝门中舍一得无量报”，佛菩萨对我们并不是“等价给予”，而是处心积虑地把你曾经投入的点滴，借这一线因缘，百千万倍地加被于你身。
The scriptures say, "Within the gate of the Triple Gem, giving up one thing leads to immeasurable rewards." The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas do not reciprocate equally but rather meticulously multiply the effects of each and every one of our contributions, blessing you with returns a hundred thousand times over through this single affinity.

당신이 시대의 거센 흐름 속에 서 있을 때
사회의 중추가 되고, 역경에 굴하지 않는 튼튼한 기둥이 되고 싶다면
부처님은 묵묵히 당신에게 최고의 환경을 갖추어 주실 터이지만,
하지만 그 전에 당신도 보통 사람을 뛰어넘는 시련에 직면하게 될 것이다.
때때로 삼보의 성지에 와서 봉사하는 사람은
사회에서는 보통은 “정신노동자”이며 과거에 육체노동을 한 경험이 거의 없다.
사람의 본성은 놀기 좋아하고 일하기 싫어하는 것이지만
단지 우리가 이 습성을 극복할 수 있다면
이미 좋은 수행의 기초를 다져 놓은 것이다.
또한 삼보의 성지에서 온갖 고생을 다하고
또 다시 미래를 위해 수승한 인(因)의 씨앗을 심으면
그 과보는 당신의 대대손손의 사람들이 받을 것이니，이 또한 생명속에서 선순환으로 이어질 것이다
경전에 “삼보의 문에 들어서 한가지를 버리면 무한한 보답을 받는다”라는 말이 있다
부처님은 우리에게 “우리가 준만큼 주는 것”이 아니라
온갖 궁리를 다하셔서 그대가 준 작은 것에
그 인연을 이어서 백 천만 배나 더 당신에게 가피로 주신다.
