Precepts are the foundation of supreme enlightenment,Thus, one should fully uphold them with utmost purity.If one can steadfastly adhere to the pure precepts,

One shall receive the Tathāgata’s praise.



我们学戒的时候,可以把里面的偈颂背诵下来。在理解上,我们有可能会有偏差,但是背诵是不会错的,如果有机会交流的话,也可以背诵偈颂供养大众。

In our study of the precepts, it is beneficial to commit these verses to memory. 







Though our understanding may be incomplete, our memorisation itself remains unwavering. 

Should the opportunity arise to engage in 

discussion, we may also recite these verses as an offering to the community.

切记,不要觉得自己听到什么了,

就建立了什么



而且大家要切记,不要觉得自己听到什么了,就建立了什么。而是要让这些戒律陪伴着我们修行,内心多一个参考系数,碰到任何情况,就可以用这一条来衡量。


Furthermore, let us always remember – simply hearing something does not equate to true comprehension. Rather, the precepts should accompany our cultivation, serving as an inner point of reference. When we encounter any given situation, we can measure it against the guidance of the precepts and assess our correct course of action.


但是如果执着戒律才是标准,就会有理嗔,这恰恰是我们凡夫最容易犯的过失。这个现象自古以来就有,佛陀在世的时候有,甚至僧团最早的分裂就是因为这个,到现在也依然存在。


However, if one clings rigidly to the precepts as the sole standard, this attachment may give rise to self-righteous anger (理嗔) a fault to which ordinary beings are especially prone. This phenomenon has existed since ancient times—even during the Buddha’s lifetime. Indeed, the earliest schisms within the Saṅgha monastic community arose precisely from such rigid adherence to precepts, and this tendency persists even to this day as a cause of division.

学戒不是一步到位的



佛陀说的任何一项戒律在不同的内、外环境里,都有开、遮、持、犯,它不是唯一答案,是多了一个用佛陀的视角作加持。这也是要慢慢去消化的。


The study of precepts is not something to be accomplished in a single step. The Buddha’s teachings on discipline vary according to internal and external circumstances, encompassing permissibility (开), restriction (遮), observance (持), and transgression (犯). There is no singular, absolute answer. Rather, what is offered is the perspective of the Buddha — a means of receiving the Buddha’s wisdom as guidance. This understanding takes time to gradually internalise.


我们要柔软地学,和合地受用。不要因为这个而增加了我们的习气,有理嗔、无理嗔。也提醒大家,要保持着和合的氛围,而不是对立,甚至斗争。


We must approach the study with gentleness and harmony, integrating the teachings into our practice without hardening our habitual tendencies, leading us to anger and resentment — whether justified or not. Let us also remind one another that the true spirit of discipline lies in maintaining an atmosphere of unity, not in fostering opposition or conflict.



和合,佛力就会展现在这个道场;和合,就能学慧,就能学定,就能学戒。任何理由的不和合,都会产生负面的业障。

Where there is harmony, the power of the Buddha manifests within the Saṅgha. 

Where there is harmony: wisdom is cultivated, meditative stability is refined, and precepts are truly learned. 


Any form of discord, regardless of its justification, inevitably leads to negative karmic consequences.

请问戒学里有没有智慧?



Does the study of precepts encompass wisdom?


<有的>



把握分寸,是不是智慧?分寸拿捏得刚刚好,这是不是定力?是的。所以戒也具足慧和定。


Indeed, it does. Is the skill of discernment not an expression of wisdom? To uphold the precepts with precision, maintaining just the right degree of restraint — is this not the essence of meditative stability? Certainly, it is. Thus, within the precepts, both wisdom (prajñā) and concentration (samādhi) are inherently present.


所以,道宣律师才要用大乘智慧来摄《四分律》,否则这个教法在中国就不能昌行,佛法就不能在人间这样久住。有了大乘智慧去拿捏,才能造福我们。


This is why the great Vinaya Master DàoXuān (道宣律师) sought to incorporate the wisdom of the Mahāyāna into the Four-Part Vinaya (四分律). Without such insight, this teaching could not have flourished in China, nor could the Dharma have endured in this world for so long. Only by tempering the precepts with Mahāyāna’s wisdom as a guiding principle, can they truly bring benefit.


我们听过《天台宗纲要》的“藏、通、别、圆”,知道这属于藏教的见,就不会把这个见无上地抬高,然后去排斥佛教其他的教法。


For those familiar with the Tiantai School’s “Outline of Teachings (天台宗纲要)” and are familiar with its categorisation of Tantra (藏), Common (通), Distinct (别), and Perfect (圆) Teachings, we will recognise that this perspective belongs to the Tantra Teaching (藏教). Knowing this, we will not mistakenly elevate this view to the highest level, nor will we use it as a basis to reject other Buddhist teachings.
