中国人爱玉，尤其是美玉。美玉无瑕，代表着人们对人品与人格的追求。学佛就是完美人格，如佛一般成为人中美玉。在靠近佛陀的过程中，理性地选择皈依与受戒，不断剔除瑕疵、自我完善，最终你也能如美玉般完美无瑕。
Chinese people have a deep love for jade, especially the most exquisite and beautiful jade. Flawless jade symbolizes the pursuit of noble character and personality. Embracing Buddhism is about perfecting one's character and striving to become, like a Buddha, a paragon of human virtue. In the process of drawing closer to the Buddha, one makes rational decisions to take refuge and accept precepts. By constantly removing one's own flaws and striving for self-improvement, you can ultimately become as flawless and perfect as a piece of fine jade.
做一辈子人，其实最大的福报是从皈依三宝的一刻开始，以佛为人生的目标，一步步使内心的正能量达到圆满的状态。
In a lifetime, the greatest blessing begins the moment one takes refuge in the Three Jewels. By setting the attainment of Buddhahood as one's life goal, one can gradually achieve a state of perfect inner positivity.
中国人爱玉，尤其是美玉。玉是顽石中的精华，是石头达到最圆满的状态。美玉无瑕，代表着人们对人品与人格的追求。
Chinese people have a deep love for jade, especially the most exquisite and beautiful jade. Jade is the essence of stones, representing the most perfect state of stone. Flawless jade symbolizes the pursuit of noble character and personality.
学佛就是完美人格，如佛一般成为人中美玉。而在靠近佛陀的过程中，也有剔除瑕疵自我完善的方法。
Embracing Buddhism is about perfecting one's character and striving to become, like a Buddha, a paragon of human virtue. In the process of drawing closer to the Buddha, there are also methods for self-improvement and self-perfection.
僧宝就是把这些方法一代代传承并践行给我们看的善知识，有僧立于天地间，我们修行路上就有了引导者与陪伴者。
The Sangha, as the Jewel of the Three Refuges, are the virtuous teachers who practice and pass down these methods from generation to generation. With the Sangha standing between heaven and earth, we have guidance and companionship on our journey of spiritual cultivation.
皈依三宝后，信心大者会立刻受持五戒：不杀生，不偷盗，不邪淫，不妄语，不饮酒。
After taking refuge in the Three Jewels, those with great faith will immediately accept and uphold the Five Precepts: no killing, no stealing, no sexual misconduct, no false speech, and no intoxicants.
戒是修行增上的基础，依戒而修，就能跟佛陀接轨；依戒而修，你就有了回向的资本。
Precepts lay the foundation for cultivation.Bycultivating in accordance with the precepts, one can connect with the Buddha; by cultivating based on the precepts, one accumulates the merit needed for dedication.
戒能生戒财，这份“财”，既能报恩也能还债。用这个“戒财”你可以回向历代宗祖、回向历生父母、回向冤亲债主。
Precepts generate "precept wealth," which can both repay kindness and settle karmic debts. With this "precept wealth," you can dedicate merits to your ancestors, parents, and karmic creditors across lifetimes.
这个宇宙是很奇特的——疏而不漏。它就像一个大的计算器，纵横交织着巨量资料，也就是大数据，而你正是其中制造数据的人。
The universe is mysterious and impartial—it lets nothing slip through. It functions like a vast calculator, processing immense amounts of data, vast and interconnected data, namely big data, which are generated by you and everyone else.
这些数据遵循因果原则，如影随形，自作自受，无一遗漏。也幸好有佛法，幸好有佛菩萨慈悲，能到后台把程序修改，使你有机会跳出六道轮回的结局。
These data adhere to the principle of cause and effect, where every action, attached to someone like a shadow, has its consequence, and none escapes this law. Fortunately, through the Buddha Dharma and the compassion of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, one can revise the program from the backend, offering us the chance to transcend the samsara of the six realms.
皈依三宝后，作为佛弟子就可以穿海青了。海青就像古代士大夫的服装，盛大、隆重、宽袍大袖。这袖叫乾坤袖，浩浩荡荡，能纳乾坤。衣上的右衽则像旋转的DNA，代表由此而上可以抵达“人天合一”。
After taking refuge in the Three Jewels, Buddhist disciples can wear Hai Qing (a black robe worn by laymen Buddhists), which resembles the attire of ancient scholar-officials. It is a grand and solemn robe with wide sleeves. The sleeves, known as sleeves of heaven and earth, are spacious enough to symbolically encompass all within heaven and earth. The right lapel of Hai Qing resembles a swirling DNA strand, symbolizing the path to achieving the unity of Heaven and Man.
穿上这一件海青，身体被整个容纳，动物的本能就不见了，只有你的头与天地接合，与大道相通，这是非常神圣的。不是三宝弟子，没有领受佛法的思想内涵，没有信心遵循圣贤之道，就没有资格穿上这一件衣服。
When one puts on Hai Qing , the entire body is enveloped, allowing the animal instincts to fade away. Only the head remains visible, symbolizing the connection between heaven and earth and the alignment with the Great Dao. This is a truly sacred experience. Those who have not taken refuge in the Three Jewels, who have not embraced the teachings of the Buddha, and who lack the conviction to follow the path of sages, are not qualified to wear this attire.
而在受持五戒后，就能在海青外面搭上缦衣。缦衣也叫礼忏衣，是修行之人的道服。搭衣时有四句话：“善哉解脱服，钵吒礼忏衣，我今顶戴受，世世常得披。”佛弟子以此五戒功德，不堕三途八难。
After receiving the Five Precepts, one can wear Man Yi (a brown precepts robe) over Hai Qing. Man Yi, also known as the bowing repentance attire, is the cultivation robe of practitioners. When putting on Man Yi, Buddhists recite four lines: 'The good liberation robe, the bowing repentance attire (Pat ta, Sanskrit name), I now respectfully accept and hold, and vow to don this attire in every life.' By observing the Five Precepts, Buddhist disciples can avoid falling into the lower three realms and the eight adversities.
皈依与受戒是你理性的选择，能选择这条路，能坚持走这条路，分分秒秒你都将在这条路上留下闪光的足迹。
Taking refuge and accepting precepts are your rational choices. If you choose this path and persist in it, every moment will leave shining footprints along the way.
这些都是你生命的功德力，是你最终能如美玉般完美无瑕的资本。
These are the merits of your life, the very foundation for your ultimate perfection, just like a flawless fine jade.
