开心幸福的五字口诀--“念恩不记仇”

轮回的意义是什么？就是证明轮回没意义。What is the meaning of samsara? It is to prove that samsara itself is meaningless.

我们慢慢地也发现，实际上这些都是菩萨，他们是超越时空来教育我们的，开阔了我们的心胸，证明了佛法的正确；证明了三世的轮回、六道的轮转；证明了因果的不虚。如果我们相信这些，人生就拥有大智慧了。

佛法在人间三千多年了，我们现在还在受用，一代一代的智者还在追随着、信奉着、实践着、证明着。哪里有佛法，哪里就有光明，哪里就有解脱。谁信了佛法，他的命运当下就会改变。Where there is Dharma, there is light, and there is liberation. Whoever has faith in Dharma will experience an immediate transformation in their destiny.

所以白岩松讲，“佛教，远看是佛，近看是爱。”

我们在这里很温馨、很欢喜地受用着佛法，实际上，佛法的根本是救苦救难。参加法会的好多人从头哭到尾，也不知道为什么哭。如果我们家老祖宗从地狱里被救出来，我们就能想象了。

为什么会轮回？所有轮回的众生一见面都是抱怨，觉得不服，觉得冤枉，觉得不该，还很骄傲自己的前世是什么，但是听了佛法之后，都觉得惭愧，开始忏悔，开始道歉。这个时候，生命开始变了，业障消了，身体轻盈了。解脱的最后一个镜头，都是感恩。

Why does samsara exist? All sentient beings in samsara complain upon meeting each other, feeling resentful, wronged, and unjustified, while proudly clinging to their past lives. However, after hearing the Dharma, they feel ashamed, begin to repent and apologize. At this moment, life begins to transform, karmic obstacles dissolve, and the body becomes light. The final scene of liberation is always gratitude.

所以，我们总结出一个规律：不满、怨恨是堕落的因；忏悔、感恩是上升的因。我们要放弃前嫌，解冤释结，才能得解脱。

Therefore, we can conclude this principle: discontent and resentment are causes for degeneration; repentance and gratitude are causes for ascension. We must let go of past grievances and resolve conflicts, in order to attain liberation.

生命有时候很奇怪，你对他一千个好，他不记得，你骂他一句，他记住了。甚至对爸爸妈妈都挑理，爸爸妈妈的千般好万般好都忘掉了，就记住妈妈打过你。我们一定要把这个心态调整过来，要“念恩不记仇”，别人对你一个好，你就要感激不尽，有一百个不好，要忽略不计。念恩的心，是天堂的状态；记仇的心，是地狱的状态。记住，这五个字的口诀：“念恩不记仇”。这样，你一辈子就人见人爱，一定是个开心幸福的人。

One should "be grateful, not hold grudges." Be infinitely grateful for even one kind act from others, while overlooking a hundred unfavorable ones. A mind of gratitude dwells in the state of heaven; a mind that holds grudges dwells in the state of hell. Remember this five-word mantra: "Be grateful, don't hold grudges." In this way, you will be loved by all throughout your life and surely live a joyful and happy life.

中国近代有一位著名的革命家章太炎，他做过半年的地府判官秘书，他发现众生的业报不是别人给他造的，都是自己的业力。六道轮回是造不了假的，地狱的果报也是不可能冤枉的，我们的修行是非常真实的，“公修公得，婆修婆得”。

The six realms of samsara cannot be deceived, and the karmic retribution of hell cannot be unjust. Our spiritual practice is absolutely real - "What one cultivates, one attains."

我们这一世是父母、兄弟姐妹、夫妻，但是“一失人身，万劫不复”。能投胎做人，你就是“中大奖”了，要知道你是这个宇宙里的“大富翁”，富到不可称计。万亿身家与人身的价值比起来，都不可相提并论。有了人身，就可以修行，可以转凡成圣。

Being born as a human is like "winning the lottery." You should know that you are the "wealthiest being" in the universe, with immeasurable riches. Even trillions in wealth can hardly be compared to the value of human life. With this human body, one can practice spiritually and transform from ordinary being into enlightened saint.

所以我们经常说，我们最值钱的是这些僧宝，他们都是国家的人才，他们都是无价的。

文殊菩萨是不是无价的？佛是不是无价的？我们能不能成佛？成佛了肯定是无价的呀！我们今天能够听经闻法，是不是无价的？虽然是免费的，却是无价的。
